What Do Members Do?
Wheaton Drama Members are the cast and crew of all of our shows. Our members enjoy a monthly meeting (with mingling time) and an e-newsletter. Throughout the year, we have social and educational events for our members, including the black-tie Colby Awards which celebrate the contributions of members who work behind the scenes. Our members serve on our Board of Governors, organize and staff our annual Children’s Workshop, and provide entertainment for the community at public events. (We’ve even heard that Santa is a member!) Everything we do, as a theatre, is done by the volunteer efforts of our members.

Monthly Social Time! (And Playhouse Clean Up)
The second Saturday after the opening of a show is set aside for Playhouse 111 tidy up and social time. All are welcome to help with various projects (cleaning, maintenance, putting items away, organization) – no experience necessary! The work period is from 9am to noon, with optional extra social time afterwards! Contact the Op Staff Governor if you have any questions.
The Tyro is Wheaton Drama’s monthly newsletter. It is emailed to each of our members. Members, if you have information you would like included in The Tyro, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
